![]() After the first night house keeping took our second key, the one that didn’t work & said a bell person would bring us a new one, that never happened. There was no WIFI the entire time & we were told having WIFI for all their guest was part of the reason for the resort fees. Tried to get a soda from the vending machine on our floor & soda machine was out of service. We had to call from our cellphone again for more clean towels & for them to throw our trash. They take it back & tell us IT will have to work on it. Someone knocks at our door with a new remote, that one doesn’t work neither. I called back & was told they will put in an IT ticket. Tried that & discovered the menu, order & guide button didn’t work on the remote. I called the hotel from my cell phone & was told to scan the QR code from the tv & order that way. ![]() We wanted to order room service (that’s when we discovered the phone wasn’t working) no menu in the rooms, nothing. There was trash left on the floor from the previous person/s. We get our keys, go up to our room, 1 of the 2 keys works. We waited in line over an hour to check in, due to a system outage.
